Refund and Returns Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return any item, regardless of your country of residence. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange unless exceptional circumstances apply.

 


Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, please reach out to us through our online contact form or by emailing contact(@)the-shower-curtains.com. To help us process your request efficiently, make sure to include:

  • Issue Description: Briefly explain the problem and let us know whether you prefer a replacement or a refund.

  • Photo Evidence: Attach a clear photo of the damaged product, along with the packaging and shipping label.

  • Order Number: Include your order reference.

We aim to respond within 48 hours and will send a replacement or issue a refund within 7 days after we receive the returned item.

 


Order Cancellation
If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, we can cancel it and issue a full refund.
Once it has been dispatched, you’ll need to wait until it arrives and then return it. Return shipping will be at your expense unless the cancellation is due to an error on our part.

 


Manufacturing Defects (Warranty)
We provide a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects.
If your product develops an issue during this time, please send us a description of the problem, a photo or video, and your order number. Once the defect is confirmed, we’ll offer a replacement or refund after the item is returned.

 


Changed Your Mind?
You may return a product within 30 days if it’s new or only lightly used.
Return shipping is at your own cost. Once we inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund.

 


Exchanges
Need a different version or model? You can request an exchange within 30 days.
Return shipping is at your expense unless the exchange is due to a defect or our mistake.

 


Received the Wrong Item
If we sent you the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible.
We’ll cover the return shipping and send you the correct item.

 


Refund Not Received
If you’ve been notified of a refund but haven’t seen it appear, please:

  1. Check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company—refunds can take a few days to post.

  3. Speak with your bank—processing times may vary.

Return Shipping Guidelines
If you decline a prepaid return label for a defective or incorrect item, return shipping will be your responsibility.
For all other returns, shipping costs are at your expense.

Shipping times for exchanges may vary depending on your location.
For returns valued over $75, we recommend using a tracked service or adding shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the package without proof of delivery.
