Orders and Shipping
Once your order has been validated, we ship within 24 to 72 hours. Please allow 3 to 8 working days for delivery.
We deliver mainly to the United States, but we also ship to Europe with an additional 2-day delay.
Once your package has been shipped, we’ll send you an e-mail with all the tracking details.
Unfortunately, once you have confirmed your order, you cannot change the delivery address. However, you can contact the delivery service directly once your package is in their possession.
If you receive a damaged product, please fill out our online form to provide us with the following information:
A photo of the damaged item, including packaging and labels
Purchase invoice
The reason for the claim
Once we have received this information, our team will be able to arrange a replacement item or refund, as appropriate.

We make every effort to resolve any issues raised by our customers. Nevertheless, if you wish to obtain a refund, it may be granted provided you request it within a maximum of 30 days of purchase. Please note that products sold as part of a promotion are not eligible for a refund.
